
1. When can I expect my package?
Typically, your products will ship within 1-5 business days from our Distribution Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. Standard ground delivery is normally an additional 3-5 business days. You designate the priority of your delivery, next day air, second day air, or ground delivery. All orders placed after 2:00 p.m. ET will be processed the following business day. Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days according to UPS guidelines.

Customers ordering from these locations must choose to have their order shipped 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, ShopKomen.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, iShopUSA, to fulfill orders for our international customers. The items in your cart will automatically be transferred into an iShopUSA cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery.

6. Do you ship to APO addresses?
Please call customer service at 877-39 KOMEN (877-395-6636), Email customer service at CustomerService@MainGateInc.com, or use the Contact Us page to send an Email to customer service and a Customer Service Representative will be able to provide you with help on how to get your package to an APO address. Unfortunately, we are unable to directly ship to APO addresses at this time.
